 Max is an AKC and CKC registered German Shepherd. His hips and elbows are OFA "Good" and has his certification for training the service/assistance dog license.   He belongs to my father who is visually impaired.  Max enjoys the companionship he gives my father and he his.  Max accompanies my Dad on early morning walks and loves to shop.  He is gentle and yet his size gives a sense of security.  Max has the run of the house, and cares for his people friends and doggie girlfriends with tenderness.  He came from Germany with his brother to "Whirling Thunder German Shepherd Kennels" in Missouri, and we bought him as a trained adult. 

His German Shepherd pedigree is something to brag about.  It has show lines, as well as, schutzhund titled dogs. Throughout his pedigree has been proven the intelligence and competitiveness shown in the breed of German Shepherd.  Max includes the talent and ability to be a companion to help people, as well as protect.  It is my professional opinion that he displays the qualities and traits that  give German Shepherds their recognition of being the ultimate service dog, working dog, and companion.  From them to us, they have passed down his right to be our stud dog.  Max----a dog with the willingness to please people, for people who need them.
