Baby   Black and red   DOB 5-28-2002   24" tall   wt 67lbs

The first time I met "Baby" she was 18 months old.  She had come to my daughter's "garage sale".  Baby greeted each person, young and old, guiding them through the yard goods, as if she was showing them around.  Her gentleness was over whelming, as big as she is, she did not knock anything over.  When things slowed down, she laid down and became a jungle gym and pillow for the toddlers.  When my grandson wrapped his arms around her and she smiled, I knew she had found home.  When her owner's retrieved her and told me she had escaped through an open gate I offered to give her a great home, told them of her adventures and gave them my phone number.  Baby became mine soon after.  I live on a farm, she swims in the pond, lets herself in and out, and plays with her new dog friends, practicing agility and ball retrieval.

This dog is a big Baby, a cuddling companion, eager to learn new things.  Her AKC papers have been lost.  At this time, I have sent for a registration through the Continental Kennel Club.  They certify through photos and professional witness that verify she is a pure breed German shepherd.  Please visit Continental Kennel Club's web site.  They have monthly news letters, performance events, obedience, agility and more.  They share training advice and canine care.  Baby has bred to our Max  for multiple litters.  Their puppies are wonderful companions and protectors. True examples of a traditional German Shepherd.
